These are questions and comments that we hear OFTEN so we wanted to set the record straight about how much we cost-ish.


We work in 3 simple phases:

PHASE I - INITIAL MEET & GREET

PHASE II - RESEARCH, DESIGN & PRESENTATION

PHASE III - PROJECT MANAGEMENT


You should expect to pay "around" $90 per square foot for the full package of all three Phases.


Of course, every project is different, so this is just an approximation and varies greatly based on size and scope of your individual project.

Remember though, this includes, full on Design, 3d Modelling of your space and rendering for approvals, sourcing, pricing, a detailed line itemized excel sheet of each and every item, ordering, shipping, receiving, arranging, scheduling, yelling at the trades and installing.

You can also just hire us for PHASE I & PHASE II and project manage the whole thing yourself..........But trust me, you are going to want us to run it for you.

PHASE I

INITIAL MEET & GREET

$0 Complimentary

INITIAL MEET & GREET INCLUDES:

Up to 2 hour meeting in your space

Lets just see if we even like each other...no pressure

After we fall in love, we can move on to PHASE II



PHASE II

RESEARCH, DESIGN & PRESENTATION

$12 per square foot (minimums may apply)

3D Model

Design Renders

Sourcing Goods & Services

Itemized Estimated Purchasing Budget

Presentation of Furnishings & Materials and Estimated Purchasing Budget

You can stop here and Project Manage the whole thing yourself OR you can move on to PHASE III




PHASE III

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management fees are based on the client’s final purchasing budget and are tabulated following PHASE II.

Projects where the purchasing budget is greater than $300,000 our fee for project management is 9%.

Projects where the purchasing budget is between $300,000 and $100,000 our fee for project management is 10%.

Projects where the purchasing budget is less than $100,000 our fee for project management 11%.
